CHALLENGE:

Update basic builder grade selections with a more sophisticated style

Solution:

For this new construction home, the basic builder grade selections left the homeowner’s wanting a more distinct aesthetic. The open main floor area was perfect for entertaining so the space was highlighted with vintage blush sofas, a set of contemporary wingback chairs and a tufted wall bench for maximum seating. The kitchen area was separated by incorporating an extra large farm table with damask navy chairs and linen bar stools to compliment the large quartz island. Blush, navy and marble accents were weaved throughout to create a cohesive feel throughout.
